We do not sell or ship any physical products.
All offerings, now or in the future, are digital-only.
No Physical Returns Accepted
We do not offer any physical merchandise, goods, or products.
Because of this:
- no physical returns are possible
- no physical exchanges are possible
- no return shipping is required or provided
If you encounter a refund request about a physical item, please note that we do not sell physical items of any kind.
Digital Products, Content, & Services (Current or Future)
If we offer digital items such as:
- downloadable files (PDFs, guides, templates)
- algorithmic tools or EAs
- indicator files
- digital subscriptions
- online courses or lessons
- strategy files
- members-only access
- coaching or consultation sessions
- educational materials
These are considered final sale, unless otherwise stated.
Why?
Because once digital content is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”
Refunds for Digital Products
Unless explicitly stated on the product page:
No refunds are offered for digital products
No refunds once access is granted
No refunds for downloadable material
No refunds for algorithmic tools or EAs
No refunds for courses or educational content after access is provided
This applies to all past, current, and future digital offerings.
Refunds for Services
If we offer services such as:
- 1:1 coaching
- trading consultations
- mentorship
- personal reviews
- strategy feedback
Refunds are handled as follows:
If the service has not yet been delivered
A refund may be issued upon request.
If the service has already been delivered
No refunds will be provided, as the service has already been rendered.
Each request is evaluated case-by-case.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion for exceptional situations, such as:
- duplicate charges
- technical issues preventing access
- accidental multiple purchases
- failure of a payment system
These cases require proof and are not guaranteed.
Refunds granted under these conditions do not create future precedent.

- billed twice,
- or charged without authorization,
